Welcome! We offer professional document writing services, including resumes and LinkedIn profiles, to showcase your skills and accomplishments. Please read our terms of use carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our Process
Chat: We'll have a conversation about your situation, needs, and which service package is right for you.
Launch: To secure your spot, you'll need to review our terms and pay a deposit.
Dive: Once you're booked, we'll have a 90-minute deep dive into your career, education, and professional accomplishments.
Magic: We'll begin working our magic to create your materials from scratch.
Polish: Once the designated timeframe listed on your invoice has elapsed, you will receive the first draft. We will then collaborate to refine and polish the content and design until you are fully satisfied, with a maximum of three revisions allowed.
Delivery: After you approve the final edits, we'll send your new files in Word and PDF formats once the final payment is made.
Payment
Full payment or a 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon final delivery, as agreed upon during sign-up, is required before we can start the project.
We accept US dollars as payment for our services.
You can pay with a credit card or PayPal. If you're using a credit card or PayPal under a different name, we require an authorization email to ensure account safety and security.
Revision
We offer a max of 3 rounds of revisions after the first draft is delivered.
Changes within certain categories are free of charge, such as changing personal/contact information, adding new job position, and removing/modifying a few lines/sentences in the document.
Any changes beyond these guidelines will be considered an additional service, and a $30 payment is required to proceed.
Expiration and Reactivation
Projects expire 30 days months from the date of sign-up. If we don't hear from you within this period, we'll consider the project expired and discontinue work on it.
If you wish to reactivate the project, a $30 payment is required to continue the writing process.
The project will be continued within three months of reactivation.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds due to the time, effort, and customization involved in our services.
If you are unsatisfied with the services provided after making the initial deposit, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the first draft. We will work with you to address your concerns and revise the document to your satisfaction.
If, after the revision period, you are still unsatisfied and wish to cancel the project, we will refund your initial deposit in full, provided that you request the refund in writing within 24 hours of receiving the final revised document.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will work closely with you during the revision period.
General
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the project.
We reserve the right to terminate the project if you provide false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
If any provision of these terms of use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms of use and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms of use or the use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida.
